ABELANDS COTTAGE EAST
Abelands Cottage is on the Bognor/Chichester Road (A259) near to the Merston turning. The Cottage is set on approximately 4.5 acres of land. This is one of the newest services and adjoins the land with our sister companies residential service, the day service and the purpose-built head office/training facility.
The Cottage is home to three adults each of whom have more challenging and complex needs than those in our other services. There is a self-contained garden at this property and the service users are encouraged to enjoy this area whilst learning about planting and the outdoors.
The people we support enjoy activities such as walking, crafting, visiting the theatre, watching films, and visiting places of interest. The cottage has a higher level of staffing to match the service users’ needs and is the only service to have a waking night support.
